Pricing for CYRENOX services is clearly displayed at the point of purchase or within a formal proposal. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified. Payments must be made in full according to the agreed schedule. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services.
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service agreement. Subscription services may be canceled prior to renewal but are generally non-refundable once billing has occurred. Custom or project-based services are non-refundable after commencement unless otherwise stated in writing.
All materials, methodologies, branding, and content provided through cyrenox.live remain the exclusive property of CYRENOX unless explicitly transferred in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
CYRENOX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided. Such changes do not entitle users to compensation unless explicitly agreed in a service contract.
CYRENOX may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay required fees, or engage in unlawful activity. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately, and outstanding balances remain payable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which CYRENOX operates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
